The Woodland Trust kindly donated over 100 trees at the beginning of the week, and the Pre-Prep children took on the task of planting the new saplings with help from the staff. It was a brilliant opportunity for the children to plant a tree, and for them to be encouraged to look after them and watch them grow over the years. The children learnt about how planting trees can mitigate the impact of flooding, reduce pollution and reconnect with communities in their own natural environment.
