Our entry for the Christmas Tree Festival in Corbridge this year was to think about being more environmentally friendly as we are talking a lot about this at school and finding ways we can reduce our waste especially plastic. All of our younger boarders designed and made their own decorations using items we have around school and trying to avoid using plastic. The wooden reindeer faces were made from a small tree that had fallen in our woods which one of the groundsmen kindly sliced for us. 

We had great fun designing and making or decorations for our tree!
