Renowned for highlighting the very best in the sector, the Tatler Schools Awards form part of the esteemed Tatler Schools Guide, a comprehensive publication that showcases 250 of the UK’s finest independent schools. Selection into the guide is based on hundreds of school visits, in-depth interviews, and rigorous questionnaires, making inclusion alone a mark of distinction. 

Mowden Hall School is a Prep school based in Stocksfield, Northumberland for children aged 2-13. The school is honoured to feature in the guide for a number of years now.

Each year, the Tatler Schools Awards go one step further – identifying standout schools and individuals from this elite group. Nominations come from parents, educators, and the wider public, before a panel of experts carefully selects the winners from a highly competitive shortlist.
