Year 4 Show
Before school broke up for half term, Year 4 entertained their parents and fellow pupils with a show of poetry and drama that was presented with enormous confidence and fun. Dressed all in black, they acted out “Macavity, The Mystery Cat”, reciting T.S. Eliot’s verses as they performed. They also presented and sang their way through “Jabberwocky”, by Lewis Carroll, Charles Causley’s Colonel Fazackerley Butterworth-Toast, Strict by Michael Rosen, followed by “Wipe, Sniffle, Drip”, “Goodbye” and “Reasons not to come to School Today.” The final piece was “Do Re Mi” from the Sound of Music.
