The Boarders had a fun packed weekend which started with some “Bollywood Brilliance” on Saturday night. The evening included designing henna style mandala’s, creating and performing a Bollywood dance in Bollywood style dress and a wonderful feast of Indian food on dressed tables.
Sunday was our “Walk a mile in…” Mowden mile which saw our boarders coming up with innovating ways to walk a mile. We had a mermaid, a motorcyclist, porridge filled wellies, three legged dribbling a football, a yeti, 6 legged, three tied up together, a kilt with flippers and a shark fin and this is just to mention some! We most certainly got some funny looks from cyclists along the roads behind Mowden! Another cold but lovely spring day to be out and about on such a mad fashion!
