HEAD OF SCIENCE

For September 2017 or January 2018

An opportunity has arisen whereby we are now looking for a highly motivated, inspirational Head of Science to teach children from Year 4 – Year 8.

A vibrant and lively approach will be important, with an awareness of the need to make the subject accessible and enjoyable for all children.  The successful candidate will have energy, enthusiasm, initiative and excellent organisational and communications skills, as well as possessing a good sense of humour.  The teaching of sport, as well as other subjects, will also be welcomed, but not essential.  A willingness to contribute to the extra-curricular and pastoral life of the School is essential.  Accommodation may be available and there is also the possibility of a management position within the School for the right candidate.

KITCHEN ASSISTANT

To start as soon as possible

Previous kitchen experience is preferable, though not as essential as a willingness to work in a team.

Approximately 30 hours per week and driving essential due to the location of the School.
