Under 11 girls went first. In our race there were 80 runners. It was a quite a hard course but it was easier than the other races. Minna came 11th, which was our best, Flora was 21st, Indigo 26th, Sasha 31st and Lucy Murray-Wake was 33rd. Overall we came 4th out of 15 schools. We missed 3rd place by two points. Flora Knight

Under 11 Boys: We warmed up and went to the start line of the Under 11 boys race, while the girls were running. It was a quite flat but an exhausting course with lots of loops to make the course longer. Out of 100 runners, Hector Swinburne came 9th and Harry Gaisford did very well coming 42nd as he stepped in at the last minute as a replacement for Max Phillips. Henry and Archie McAlpine were 49th and 50th. Unfortunately Will Burchnell fell over and hurt his leg. Overall we came 9th out of 18 schools. Hector Swinburne

Under 13 girls: Our course was the same length as the Under 11 boys and there were 80 runners in our event. Everyone ran a good race even though the Sun was shining down on us hard. Alice came 3rd, Clemmie 14th, Tara 24th, Francesca 34th and Auriol, as our guest runner, was 38th. Tilly finished the race even though she had a bad hip. Alice Cheesbrough

Under 13 boys: There were 74 boys and 15 schools. In our race we did an extra loop to make the course longer. Overall we all raced well with Ben Remnant coming 10th, which was the best out of the boys, James Lancaster was 28th, closely followed by Harry in 37th. Then Greg was 48th, as a guest runner as he was at risk of an injury but ran very well, closely followed by Ben Brown in 55th and Angus McMillan 58th who both ran well for the team. Angus was a late entry. Overall we came 8th out of 15 schools, which we were pleased with. After the presentation we had a burger and set off for a long journey back to school. On behalf of the team I would like to thank Mrs White and Mr Lord for training us and the kitchen ladies for our pack lunch and the spectators for supporting us. Harry Reed
