Colts Rugby v Belhaven
On Wednesday the 18th of November the Under 11s set off to play Belhaven away. Unfortunately the rules in Scotland were different to the ones we normally play. We won the toss and decided to tap and go. We played well driving over and passing accurately and eventually Harry Gaisford broke through to score our first try. Then they got back at us; we held out for some time until they broke through to score their first try. We lost our nerve and let them score again. The half time whistle went and we had delicious oranges and an encouraging team talk. We went back onto the field determined to win.We played better this half and with some good play, Thomas managed to break through and score our second try. We let down our guard allowing them to come into our half, but Matthew made a tackle which sent one of their players off the field. Unfortunately with some good play their winger scored. We rallied and with some good play Max made a break and scored. The final score was 3 all. We would like to thank Mr Debil for taking us and supporting us.

Under 11 Rugby vs Malsis
On Wednesday the 23rd September the U11 rugby team played Malsis away. After a long bus journey we arrived after lunch. When we got on to the pitch we warmed up and got ready to play. We lost the toss and Malsis chose to kick off. After the kick off we got the ball and kept it in their half for at least 10 minutes. But the Malsis scrum half got the ball and made a break all the way up the pitch and scored. Malsis then scored again before half time, making it 14 - 0. Mr Debil's half time team talk really got us going and after Max's kick off Harry got the ball and scored immediately. Thomas then scored to make it two tries each. Later the scrum collapsed and the referee said that we should have uncontested scrums. Malsis scored again twice, making it four tries to two. Just before the final whistle Matthew made a fantastic break to make the final score 26 - 15 to Malsis. We would like to thank Mr Debil for coaching us and the bus driver for taking us there and back.
