On Thursday Mowden Cross Country travelled to Sedbergh to compete in the annual Rawthey Run, a muddy cross-country race which is always very competitive. Despite snow-topped hills all around, the weather was perfect for running, and everyone was excited to get started. The fields in every age group were strong, but Mowden represented themselves well, with quite a few individuals exceeding their own expectations. Many thanks to Sedbergh for such an enjoyable day, and to the Old Mowdenians who came down to see us!
