Trip to Bolam Lake
On Sunday the 1st of March, the 6th and 7th year went to Bolam Lake. When we arrived we decided to play Hide and Seek. After one game we changed teams and one of the teams did really well with the other team only finding one out of four of them. James was under the bus eating his lunch while Magnus was behind a bush and Henry was behind a tree; Auriol was caught. Then we headed to the stream. We headed up it and we were halfway up a waterfall when Auriol fell off and was submerged in a pool of water. Bertie was hanging on a branch which snapped getting him soaked. On the way down James fell down a waterfall and was soaked. Bertie Henry and Magnus also fell in. We also saw a lot of frogspawn and it felt horrible!
Then we did something on survival where Liam pretended to have broken his leg and we had to carry him to safety. We played a game were we had to climb through a rope run round a tree and back through which was really hard. James had a very painful but effective method and Henry had a painless but not quite as effective method.
