Theatre Trip  

On Thursday the 1st of May the 4th and 5th year went to the Theatre Royal to see Treasure Island. This play is seen through Jim Hawkins’ eyes. Jim Hawkins is a young boy who goes to sea to find some treasure, but there are some pirates on the ship who want to kill them and take the treasure for their own. The lighting and sound was excellent and so were the singing and costumes. The audience was very small because it was polling day and most schools were shut. Overall everybody liked it. We would like to thank Mrs. Solly for organising the trip and the cast for putting on an excellent performance.
