Welcome to the Wild West at Mowden Hall!

What a night of excitements and thrills! Cowboys and cowgirls dressed and armed to take on the best of the west divided into groups to take on some challenges on Sarurday afternoon. In the sports hall, a lassoo throwing competition tested even the most coordinated and the many strong rounders and cricket players turned their hand to hitting tin cans in the tin can alley. The giant bouncy castle kept everyone amused for ages while the biggest challenge awaited us all in the small dining room - the bucking bronco!
Supper was a feast of chicken and beans with some spicy dips. Delicious and very filling, so a little fling at some line dancing along the dining room floor helped to settle the tummies before taking on the huge beast next door! See photos for how everyone got on! Overall winner, Henry B was ecstatic and celebrated in his New Vipers shirt by getting so excited he lost his voice!!
