Mowden X Factor Evening

Talk about a talent show! Dance troupes, solo singers, groups, mime artists all convened on Saturday night in the school theatre to display their talents. Various members of staff took to the stage too this evening, to mixed receptions from the entusiastic audience!

Congratulations to Eliza and Jessica for their unaccompanied duet of "Can You Feel The Love Tonight?" which won the competition, according to the Judges, Mr B.B-G, Matey E, Mr Debil and Mr Hill. The winners walked away with a pair of fine Afro style i-pod speakers and the runner-up, Matthew Hay became the proud owner of a pink sing-in-the-shower karaoke microphone, after his brilliant rendition of Meatloaf's "Bat out of Hell"
