The Sauveterre children have been busy since returning from their ski trip. It was sunny enough on Sunday to eat outdoors and we all enjoyed a lazy weekend to finish off our half term. Since then, there have been trips all over the area. Classes have been to explore Lombez, Samatan, Simorre Market, Toulouse city centre and on Friday a group went for Pâtisserie lessons with Laurent Pellis, who had them preparing and baking Les Tartes aux Fruits. Mr Bailey came to see us this week and lots of parents have arrived to take their children out this weekend.
