Another busy week at Sauveterre before heading for the ski slopes

As the Sauveterriens start focusing on the mountains clearly etched on our southern horizon, they have been busy everyday with activities, challenges, outings and eating! The first concert took place on Tuesday afternoon. The Wednesday excursion was to the fantastic new Air Museum, Aeroscopia, where we looked around Concorde, the A300B first Airbus and learned about the history of aviation. There were frogs legs on the menu on Thursday night after another turn around La Course, and on Friday night, the 15 best Bons Points winners are having their special half term feast. A second group spent Friday afternoon at the Pâtisserie de Pellis learning how to bake “Speculoos” biscuits.
