After a longer than expected journey to the south-west of France, the new Mowdenian arrivals have enjoyed settling into their new surroundings. After meeting the teachers on the first day, the children met the other Sauveterre pupils and were reunited with our Spanish boys, who had arrived earlier.
On the second day, the group spent a sunny, but chilly morning exploring the Saturday market in L’Isle Jourdain. This was followed by a delicious lunch at the Château and games around the grounds in the afternoon.
